LSN Capital Partners recognise that environmental, social and governance factors impact on both the financial performance and shareholder returns. Considering ESG risk is an important feature of our investment process.

LSN’s investment process is aimed at identifying quality businesses with sustainable operating models.  One factor to this sustainability is their ESG risk profile.

The outcome of this assessment can be both positive and negative which has implications for key business value drivers. For example;  customer satisfaction, employee engagement, product perception, access to capital and valuation.

We assess a businesses ability manage their impact on the environment, interact with society and manage their people and operations.

Interaction with Management and Board is the best way to work through ESG frameworks for smaller companies given they tend to have fewer resources available to produce detailed reports like many larger companies.
